  1. Shipping Cut-off Times:

    • For courier services, the shipping cut-off time is 1pm.

    • For Royal Mail collection, the shipping cut-off time is 3pm.

  2. UK Shipping Fees:

    • Royal Mail 24: Estimated delivery in 1-3 working days, with the aim to deliver the next working day. Shipping fee is £4.99.

    • Royal Mail 48: Estimated delivery in 2-5 working days, with the aim to deliver in two working days. Shipping fee is £3.99. FREE SHIPPING on orders over £75.

    • DPD Next Day: Next Day Tracked Courier. Orders must be placed before 1pm. Next day delivery excludes weekends. Shipping fee is £6.99.

    • DPD Saturday: Saturday Delivery. Orders must be placed before 1pm on Friday. Shipping fee is £9.99.

  3. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

    • Use the provided tracking number to easily track the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

  4. Delivery Address:

    • Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

    • We cannot be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

  5. International Shipping:

    • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally.

RETURN & EXCHANGE/ REFUND
POLICY

At Bay Games, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair and straightforward returns policy. Please read the following information carefully:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

    • Our team will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

    • Please include the RA number on the return package to ensure proper identification and processing.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

    • Please package the item securely to prevent any damage during transit.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.

    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase.

    • Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

  5. Exclusions:

    • We cannot accept returns on certain items for hygiene and safety reasons, such as opened board games, trading card packs, and perishable goods.

    • Trading Card Games - can only be returned if Damaged 

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

    • We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including the return shipping costs.

  7. Cancellations:

    • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.

    • If the order has already been shipped, the regular returns process will apply.

Refund Policy for Events

Please note that all event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled, rescheduled, or there is a change in the date or time.
